Todd Sherman
Principal
Todd Sherman has been financing real estate for over 35 years and is one of Southern California’s top mortgage loan originators. Todd has been the Principal at First Pacific Financial since 2003 and has extensive experience financing multi-family and commercial properties. He attributes his success to an ability to understand his client’s goals and objectives, resulting in long lasting client relationships. His clients include syndicators, individual investors, as well as some of Southern California’s largest and most active real estate investors and brokers. He has built a company focused on performance and attention to detail for every borrower.
When Todd is not working diligently to close your transaction you can find him enjoying outdoor activities, such as golf, tennis, skiing and working out. He is also an Alumni of the University of Oregon, Go Ducks!
Joe Mercado
Vice President
Joe is a true problem solver and dedicated to finding a tailored solution for each of his clients. Superior world class service and exceeding client expectations sets Joe apart. Facing challenging situations, whether it’s a distressed property or credit issues, Joe will find a suitable solution. Joe and his team specialize in apartment lending. In the past 4 years alone they have funded over 2.3 billion in loan dollars for their clients.
Joe acknowledges the critical role a mortgage broker plays, as a key resource and trusted advisor who you need in your corner. In addition to his experience, Joe is also an apartment owner, which provides critical insight to the issues faced by property owners.
Mary Anne Lucero
Manager & Senior Processor
Mary Anne is a Southern California native and currently resides in Manhattan Beach, CA. She attended Loyola Marymount University for a degree in Communication.
Mary Anne is First Pacific Financial’s Office Manager and Sr. Loan Processor. She began working in mortgage finance in 1997 and is one of First Pacific Financial original employees. Her background and education have allowed her to excel at servicing client needs and building strong client relationships.
Carter Gill
Commercial Loan Officer
Carter was raised in Southern Orange County and currently resides in Marina del Rey. Carter was born into a real estate family with family members involved in multifamily development & investments, land brokerage, and commercial investment syndications. He learned about all types of real estate at an early age. He got his start in the real estate industry at loanDepot, one of the nation’s largest mortgage companies, where he quickly became a top producing loan officer. He is passionate about investments and helping navigate his clients through complex financial transactions.
On the weekends you will find Carter snowboarding, fishing, golfing, or traveling.
